We use your information to review your project, reply to you, prepare quotes and keep records of our communication with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use inquiry details for advertising or unrelated marketing.

Files you send and outside manufacturing partners

Drawings and files you upload are used to review and quote your project. To quote or make your parts, we may share the relevant drawings and specifications with outside manufacturing partners, such as machining and finishing suppliers. We share only what is needed for that purpose. If your project requires confidentiality, tick the confidentiality option on the form or tell us in your message before you send your files.

Who else we share it with

We do not share your information with anyone else, except service providers that help us run the website, deliver email and protect the site from spam (such as Cloudflare Turnstile), and only as needed for those purposes, or where the law requires it.

Where information is processed

GRACTS is based in China, so the information you send us is processed in China, and may also be processed in other countries where our service providers and manufacturing partners operate.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep our business records, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us by emailing info@gracts.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection laws.
